Expect vandalsim
March 22, 2021I have lived here for 6 years and the amount of car break-ins, theft and vandalism is obscene. I personally have had windshields smashed twice. In the first 2 months of 2021 there have already been 3 car break-ins. Management refuses to install cameras, claiming "liability". Obviously they do not care about the liability of their residents. Pinnacle on Lake Washington
May 7, 2019There are many positives living at the Pinnacle: friendly staff, secure parking, great views, nice floor plans, great amenities. Sadly there is very little sound proofing. You can hear everything. The floor boards creak with every step, you can hear normal conversations from above, water running and toilets flushing. Management will tell you this is normal apartment noise. I have lived in many apartments and this is absolutely the noisiest place I have ever lived.Review from Apartments.com
Sleezy Mgmt - Horrible Experience
April 25, 2019Worst 6 months of my life. The crooked smiles on the mgmt you know you're dealing with scum. You can feel it the first 10 seconds you talk to one of them. You can hear the neighbors alarm clock go off - In my case it was at 5am every morning. Cars are broken into on a regular basis in the Garages!!!! Packages are stolen. I've even had things take out of packages leaving things they didn't want. They will take advantage of you on lease renewal . Every time you renew it will be another $200 ...more. When you move out, you can kiss your security deposit good bye and they will charge you for carpet replacement if you have pets regardless of whether or not the carpets can be cleaned. August 5, 2015Pinnacle on Lake Washington The apartments aren't bad there's issues with breaking into cars in the parking lot no security and small ants in the apartment but it's nice location nice place to live and they're kept up very well they do too much on the Internet instead of in person so it's not as personable as I think it should be but my first apartment I'm 60 years old and been here for almost 2 years will probably stay longerReview from Apartments.com
