January 27, 2026The apartments are all super nicely kept, have nice modern features. The amenities are all clean and maintained well! The building 4 gym gets very loud - you can hear it in nearby units through the day and night, but we are working with management to fix that. January 26, 2026For the amount we pay in rent, there have been ongoing issues that don’t align with the expectations of a luxury apartment community. The elevator frequently goes out of service, and the electric vehicle charger is often nonfunctional for long periods of time, sometimes taking months to be repaired. In addition, common areas that were once well maintained are starting to feel neglected. The elevator and certain shared spaces are noticeably less clean, and there has been a strong cigarette smoke ...odor throughout the building. When I first moved in, this community truly felt like a luxury living experience. Recently, however, it feels like the quality and upkeep are declining. At the current rent level, these issues make the living experience feel less and less worth the cost. I’m sharing this in hopes that we can collectively raise awareness and encourage management to address these concerns and restore the standards we were promised and are paying for.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2026Platform is a great community for pets, pet parents, and young professionals who work from home or near Old Town. Convenient to Old Town and Del Ray as well as the Braddock Metro, the location cannot be overstated. Ample parking and very EV friendly, too. The primary drawback is the proximity to the train tracks. Expect loud trains at all hours, shaking, ceiling cracks, and doors that won't always close.Property Manager Responded
