I lived in The Carlyle building at Plaza Apartment Center for over 8 years. It truly felt like home. The staff is absolutely amazing — professional, personable, and genuinely invested in making residents feel valued. It was more than just an apartment building — it’s a community. Neighbors become friends, and there is a real sense of connection here. I felt completely comfortable walking into the leasing office anytime, whether I had a question, needed to make a maintenance request, pick up a ...
package, or even just stop by to say hello.
The maintenance team was exceptional as well. They are hardworking, efficient, and pay close attention to detail while always respecting residents’ homes. They were always a friendly face
The combination of an amazing location on the Plaza, a caring staff, providing community atmosphere made the Carlyle one of my favorite places to live.
It truly was a place where you knew residents matter. The owner is actively involved and takes the time to listen to residents and address concerns. He makes himself available and is willing to schedule meetings with residents when there are questions or matters that need attention, which is something you don’t always find in apartment communities. Having an owner who is present, accessible, and genuinely invested adds another level of comfort and trust to the community.
