Great if you don't mind the noise or smell in the apartments.
June 2, 2020Since all the apartments are situated around the courtyard and pool, it can get really noisy when it's pool season. Apartments are small so its impossible to escape the noise. A lot of tenants are out at the pool during the week being loud and splashing at all hours of the day making it impossible to concentrate if you work from home at all. Also, the apartments have a musty smell that you can not get rid of no matter what you do. One of my neighbors had to move out because there was black mold ...in her apartment and she had to completely throw out her furniture because it had mold spores. 2 stars because most of the people living here are lovely people and it's relatively safe. The ambiance in the courtyard can be peaceful when it's free from the gaggle of vibrant haired young adults throwing a party in the pool.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
