This place doesn’t care about you! They refuse to help you, unless there is something you can use against them. They don’t take care of their properties, they hardly take care of the landscape, are slow to fix repairs, quick to raise rent, and they have horrible customer service. They used to be better, but since they got bought by corporate, it’s horrible. I can’t wait to get out.

It's a decent property. Clean. Newly renovated units. Outside appearance can use some serious help. But if noise and sound proof factors are an issue for you, then this is NOT the complex to choose. The walls/ceilings are VERY hollow and you can hear absolutely everything going on above, below, or next to you. I wouldn't advise living here unless you have a top floor unit or perhaps your townhome unit. The parking lot can be a bit dangerous as far as people carelessly speeding in and out as well. ...
Otherwise, management has good customer service. I'll be here for my 12 months, nothing beyond that though.

It is a very nice place to live the manager Tiffany is an outstanding manager, this place is really updating the property and looking very good.
And I don't have any problems with no one out here it has been quiet the whole time I been out here I just sign my lease going on three years.
I love my two bedroom townhome if you want to get a decent place to stay {Plaza East Townhome is the place to be}.

It's on the bus line but needs a lot of work. There is new management, exterior updates, and the apartment complex name is now Plaza East with a rent increase. They are trying to be luxury apartments when for a long time was for low income renters.
