laundry room has been broken and quarters for laundry room are always out and never refilled. roaches in some rooms. smell of cigarettes in every apartment. management is never around or always on lunch. had a meeting for a tour and kept on getting it rescheduled cause no one was available.

Some pluses and minuses...

I feel like I'm in jail or prison on the streets...I believe this should be for the seniors who can deal with the rules...Nd I've lived in quite a few places but some of these things are too,too much...there's a patio very sm. That can't be entered from in apt...plus u CANT put your things out in patio...Nd I mean NOTHING at all,..not your kids bikes,toys,the trash cans either,you are told AFTER you've signed lease all the rules...nothing in patio,NO hanging pictures,decor on walls,NO curtains on ...
windows,plus the walls are paper thin....ALTHOU they're very nice inside other then the plastic wood flooring that has to be swept Nd mopped literally all day long..a stove that literally takes the whole day to cook something because it turns off by itself,then on ,can't put it on bake...so if your a cook ,or baker..forget it..a turkey sure couldn't be cooked in this home...has beautiful pools...someone stole all of my Nd my babies cloths from laundry rm Nd don't put your money in a washer or dryer that doesn't work cause you don't get money back..I watched one of the managers man open machines with key Nd wash,dry for free...Nd wen I asked manager to look on they're cameras at who stole my cloths from laundry rm she said they don't have the cameras for that purpose....so tell me folks what would you think...Nd lastly if your thinking I'll put my curtains up,use my patio Nd hang my pics...but this is where the jail Nd prison feeling comes in...twice a month they have inspections ..YUP once for patios the other for in apt...so some stranger comes in your home monitoring ,taking notes,Nd being nosey throughout your living at thee PLAZA MENDOZAS...enjoy your stay...!!!.I hope this helped...
