Solid choice for a downtown studio
May 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comSolid choice, if I was in the same position as I was when I was initially looking for an apartment, I'd choose Plaza again. Right in the middle of downtown, a block away from groceries, parks, and bus stops. Rent only went up $25 over the 2+ years I've been renting which is pretty reasonable. Most work orders completed in a timely manner. Wouldnt give it 5 stars as the square footage you get is a bit small for the price, but utilities worked into that rate makes it justifiable- would definitely ...recommend for people who wont be spending lots of time within the apartment itself.Read More
