February 22, 2023The bad: can hear neighbors through walls and floors. Kids play in the parking lot unsupervised (and rarely get out of the way when you need to drive passed). Floors are gross and need replaced in some units. Fire alarms are due to be replaced and are located in the most sensitive places (e.g., taking a shower will set them off). Very minimal storage space. The good: Area is pretty safe and the lot has security cameras everywhere. In town, so it is close to everything you'd need. Best Apartments in Conway
November 18, 2022While there may not be amenities on site, there is SO much to enjoy about these apartments. Spacious floor plans, close to everything, but overall very quiet in comparison to all of the other complexes I’ve stayed in. I’ve been a tenant for 3 years, and never had a single issue. Appliances are up to date, flooring is beautiful, and the large windows letting in all of the natural sunlight are my favorite touch.
