March 22, 2016 - Review from Apartments.com1.smokeless community, neighbors smoke pot on multiple levels. 2. neighbors are rude with subs and guitar amps. 3. management rarely deals with problems concerning neighbors they prefer you get the law involved instead of taking action on their own. 4. infested with lady bugs maintenance is poor, many problems don't seem to be fixed. 5.friends/family must get a permit to park over night. might not sound like a problem but is when office is closed and doesn't really have set hours. haven't even ...lived here a year and won't be staying once lease it up. people are friendly but staff and management are a joke.Read More

Indoor pool, modest workout room, party room, indoor grills, and plenty of laundry space are also a plus. Lots of parking available, between 3 lots, 1 heated garage, and 1 covered but unheated garage; not to mention a bus stop directly outside the building ...that drops off in downtown Minneapolis. The only this to note is the pet policy is more strict than most places.Read More
