March 22, 20161.smokeless community, neighbors smoke pot on multiple levels. 2. neighbors are rude with subs and guitar amps. 3. management rarely deals with problems concerning neighbors they prefer you get the law involved instead of taking action on their own. 4. infested with lady bugs maintenance is poor, many problems don't seem to be fixed. 5.friends/family must get a permit to park over night. might not sound like a problem but is when office is closed and doesn't really have set hours. haven't even ...lived here a year and won't be staying once lease it up. people are friendly but staff and management are a joke.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful, quiet, and friendly
July 31, 2015Lived here for just over a year and it has been very nice. The staff are friendly, and neighbors are courteous. Lots of greenery, quiet, and very spacious. Indoor pool and fitness center are well kept and there are get togethers at least once a month.Review from Apartments.com
This apartment is a gem for its location
March 6, 2013Compared to other apartments in the surrounding area, Plymouth Pointe is a great price, for larger than average rooms and living space, newer floors/cabinets/lighting than all others in the area, a wonderful staff, and well kept common areas. Indoor pool, modest workout room, party room, indoor grills, and plenty of laundry space are also a plus. Lots of parking available, between 3 lots, 1 heated garage, and 1 covered but unheated garage; not to mention a bus stop directly outside the building ...that drops off in downtown Minneapolis.
