A good place to live
November 12, 2019I love it here. I have been here for 10 years and it's been a great experience. I feel safe, I feel like family, and I feel like part of the team. Worst
August 19, 2017Leaving here for a year i noctied alot of things , like how the pool tile is very dirty . How the apartments are very cheap , the kitchen counters , the stove gets dirty easy even when you clean it everyday , bathrooms are gross . Oooh and another thing at the end of your lease they tell you they have to have someone clean the apartment for 125 and the carpet for 80 dollars and your deposit is gone! Look very closey before you move here , for the price is it not worth it!Review from Apartments.com

My experience living at Plymouth Square at 37th.
August 10, 2015In a nutshell, we've lived here for four years and are quite happy with the new staff and maintenance personnel as we were with the previous staff and maintenance personnel. We have all the amenities one could ask for in apartment living, and we feel it is very affordable for us and we're on a fixed income. The tenants seem to be nice and cordial, and the building and grounds are well taken care of. Whenever I have a problem, the office and maintenance personnel are taking care of it within a ...couple of days; and that pleases me because I'm the type of person that likes things fixed immediately if not sooner. I don't plan on moving anytime soon because compared to the last apartment complex we are not only saving a ton of money, but we are definitely getting a lot more for our money. The Day the Sewer Died
July 25, 2015Apt. Manager had emergency sewer cleaning due to backups; don't know if it actually worked because we still have back ups. But, the water from the sewer "cleaning" remains in the garage. And days pile up but no reprieve from the water or the smell. Majority of the residents now park outside, still, waiting for the next shoe to drop from management about the next new emergency. They come every 1-2 weeks now. This place makes living a life of clean, quiet, and normal life impossible.Review from Apartments.com
Sliding downhill
July 21, 2015We've lived here four years and enjoyed three of them. New management bought it at the end of 2014. We're now moving. We had really grown close to the previous staff and were rather put off when the apartment was sold. The transition was really bad - Trash in piles in the garage for several weeks. They removed the extra recycling bins which were easier to access (especially for our elderly neighbors). I tried to raise my concerns to the office and felt that I wasn't heard, so quit trying cause ...what's the point. The one time we tried having maintenance fix something it took a week and I had to call to find out what was going on, so we stopped doing maintenance requests for the most part and just adjust our lives to the new norm when something isn't working. Oh and a child died in 2014 and an adult in 2015 in the pool. I don't think the apartment could have prevented this, but the poor communication about the event was the deciding factor in our plans to move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
