Don't make a sound
April 13, 2016
This place is terribly insulated, you can hear everything that happens in the next apartment. I lived in the upstairs apartment and my lower neighbor complained about my walking in my apartment. One evening I dropped a swiffer and the apartment manager came by to tell me about a noise complaint.. I never thought I could get into trouble for just existing in a place. I would look for a different apartment if I were you.
