October 14, 2022We have been having non stop issues getting any contact from them at all. We pay for a parking spot that other people constantly park in. They will not do anything including simply answering the phone. They had a great property manager for about a month but she has left and now we cannot get any one to answer the phone or make sure we can use the parking spot we are paying $75 a month for. after a month and a half of non stop issues with parking and any response at all I have now tried the ...regional manager with Tarantino the parent company and no surprise that there has been no response there either.
