Management is rude and unresponsive to resident concerns, INCLUDING SAFETY. They do not treat you like a person. They are only helpful if they get paid, otherwise good luck.

Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with!

We have been having non stop issues getting any contact from them at all. We pay for a parking spot that other people constantly park in. They will not do anything including simply answering the phone. They had a great property manager for about a month but she has left and now we cannot get any one to answer the phone or make sure we can use the parking spot we are paying $75 a month for. after a month and a half of non stop issues with parking and any response at all I have now tried the ...

regional manager with Tarantino the parent company and no surprise that there has been no response there either. Sad sad sad I would not recommend students live here at all!
