Current tenant very unhappy
November 25, 2018Well whereto begin Pros close to my job and the price is ok not great but ok. Cons. Brace yourself because it’s a lot. Roaches no matter how clean you are, literally no parking, terrible management. Friendly but doesn’t do anything. Depending on where you are, you may have the worst neighbors ever. Literally kids swinging from the upstairs railing and leaving trash everywhere. Parents and management do nothing about.Review from Apartments.com

Great place to live
August 8, 2016Ive been at Pointe Plaza Apts since June and I love it! The Apts are very clean and the staff here is amazing. You can call Jena the Apt manager at any time and she will take care of any concern you have. Maria the mainteince person is absolutely amazing!! She definitely goes above and beyond. Clarissa the leasing agent is amazing as well. They truly make you feel at home. Of recommend this place to everyone.Review from Apartments.com
Mold, bed bugs and fleas!
June 9, 2016Pointe Plaza has it all...mold, bed bugs and roaches. Drug dealers and late night parties on weekends. Management has horrible attitude towards renters. Rent goes up every new lease. Yuck!Review from Apartments.com

January 7, 2016For one thing they don't have studio apartments. The rent rates you are looking at are $300 above what the have listed. No hot water and when they say all bills paid, they decide when you can have Heat or AC. Mold and roaches is no joke. Both run rapid! Place should be condemned! Pool is hardly ever open and dogs run crazy here. This Place Has So Many Pit Bulls, it should be call Pit Bulls and parolees. Dog Doo everywhere. No outlets in the bathroom and only one in the kitchen. Not even a GFI ...outlet that is required by law. If you don't mind getting your vehicle stolen and having no hot water and want roommates, roaches are everyone's roommates. This is the perfect place for you to live. Enjoy your many roommates of the creepy crawly. The beautiful courtyard has no grass but plenty of sand which all the stray cats use to defecate. So we also have plenty of fleas for you to enjoy.
