Poor
July 20, 2023They handed over the apartment without proper maintenance, Water clogged in dishwasher and sink. No proper support to set up internet connection. They revoked the move in offers that the agreed to provide. Poor front desk support. Be careful before signing the lease. I regret now.Property Manager Responded

Poor lighting & No Camera’s
May 5, 2022This property has poor lighting and no cameras on the premise's. I’ve had 3 different cars broken into on the property with the catalytic converter removed from each car. I was assaulted and shot with real bullets in the gas station parking lot next door. No video cameras at the gas station either ? I assumed this a safe suburb but once I checked with the local police precinct I was sadly mistaken to find out about the high crime in our complex!! Do not move here if you value your property and ...safety of your family. Overrated is an understatement!! Don’t let them fool you with the Starbucks machine. It’s not the real thing!!! Gated communities with cameras are a better option in Polaris.Property Manager Responded

Ok Property
July 15, 2021Inconsistent use of rules between tenants. There was a rash of car break-ins and package stealing in the summer of 2020. A neighbors' unit contained mold on the wall and maintenance did nothing, were forced to leave after that point.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2019Although we have not moved in yet, we have had great experiences with them! They have been so helpful with the whole process seeing how this is our first time renting an apartment. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help as much as they can. The apartments are very well maintained and very modern on the inside. Great Apartment! Awesome location next to well...everything

The best ever!

Great 10 months
October 1, 2018Been living at Polaris Crossing for around 10 months and have nothing but good things to say. Everything is down the road from the apartments. Maintenance is wonderful and easy. After you fill out a slip online, they are here the next day fixing the problem. The staff here are nice and keep you informed on the monthly get togethers in the clubhouse which I think is awesome to be able to meet your neighbours and have some fun. The amenities are great, stainless steel appliances, nice floors in the ...kitchen and bathroom, and granite countertops.
