        The community is quiet for the most part and they have good amenities. However, the trash hours along with parking systems are inconsistent. Other than that it’s a great place to be.

        Besides the location this place has nothing going for it. The leasing office is genuinely incompetent when you have an issue. They lack major essential communication but can always inform us when a food truck will be coming. They lost my wear and tear damage sheet and can’t seem to find it in the system or in my paper file. They had my dog listed as someone else’s dog and constantly email me claiming they are barking during the day, they aren’t, I got a nanny cam to prove it. Hallways constantly ...
        smell of marijuana. And there is NEVER parking while they charge for parking monthly. I find myself having to park on the street most nights. I’ve had maintenance out to fix many issues my washer floods half the time, nothing fixed I just take my loss there now. My dishwasher never cleans my dishes. I’ve had a door fall on my dog because the maintenance team “fixed” this problem.
