They lack major essential communication but can always inform us when a food truck will be coming. They lost my wear and tear damage sheet and can’t seem to find it in the system or in my paper file. They had my dog listed as someone else’s dog and constantly email me claiming they are barking during the day, they aren’t, I got a nanny cam to prove it. Hallways constantly ...smell of marijuana. And there is NEVER parking while they charge for parking monthly. I find myself having to park on the street most nights. I’ve had maintenance out to fix many issues my washer floods half the time, nothing fixed I just take my loss there now. My dishwasher never cleans my dishes. Regarding communication, our team sends out weekly emails to residents to provide updates and important community information. However, we do understand that some situations—such as unexpected fire alarms or urgent issues—can arise without warning, and unfortunately, those are not always things we can anticipate or communicate in advance. We also want to note that there was a management transition in late 2025. Because of this, we’re unable to speak directly to the handling of your inventory and condition sheet, as our current team was not onsite at the time it would have been submitted. That said, we would still be happy to review any information you may have so we can assist however possible. In regard to the door concern you mentioned, this is very concerning to hear. As far as we are aware, no doors on the ...property are currently broken or at risk of falling. We conduct door audits 1–2 times per month, and this is not something that has been identified. If this incident has occurred recently, please let us know right away so we can investigate and address it immediately.
