Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

December 16, 2024Been here for 3 months, and so far everything has been great. Love all the resident events that the staff plan for us, it makes you feel like they really want you living here. November 1, 2024Can I just start by mentioning how AMAZING it is living next to the amphitheater! Hearing all the concerts! Bands I don’t know at all are still so awesome to hear live at my own place of comfort!! Seeing all the happy crowds & all the vibrant lights & energy is top notch! It’s such a great experience & I wouldn’t want it any other way! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to live so close to something so cool! I am very impressed with my experience living in the apartment complex so far. The ...application and move-in process were very quick and easy to accomplish! Paying rent is a painless process with having the ability to pay online. They even have an option to do split payments so you can pay every 2 weeks! I have been in the property for right over a year now with no complaints. I’m able to place a service request online and it was responded too very quickly. November 13, 2024We love living here. It's quiet and although people can have pets, they seem to be respectful of those of us who don't & keep them quiet & usually clean up after their accidents. Maintenance is right there when you need them and so pleasant. They do an exceptional job keeping the parking lot plowed & sidewalks shovelled & salted.
