I don’t recommend!!!
December 23, 2021Been here since Dec of 2020, place was decent at first- maintenance would come when you call, rarely any bugs,,etc. then I got a leak in my ceiling that took them through spring and summer to fix. Because no one ever answered my work orders… (also my stove has yet to be upgraded. Everytime I request for a renovated stove I get some lame excuse. When im clearly paying for a renovated apartment…) After repair (calling code enforcement to make them get off they butts) bugs came like C R A Z Y. Asked ...for pest control and they sprayed water. I only seen them once the whole time here even tho I’m paying $10 a month for it I have to “sign up“ for it & to top things off they recently switched management where staff is so siddity, stuck up, and rude! Don’t touch this place with a ten foot pole.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DONT MOVE HERE
August 16, 2020I stayed here for a year and nothing was ever completed when asked. I’ve had to deal with roach and RAT infested walls that they do nothing about. They ALWAYS having plumbing problems, the leasing office will constantly harassing you about paying rent. This was my first apartment and living was here was absolute HELL.Property Manager Responded

Not Even Worth Touring
October 30, 2019We arrived at The Life at Harrington to see that it looks NOTHING like the pictures. It looks as if the buildings are old and not looked after at all. The concrete stairs are falling apart, rails bent, it looks dirty and dreary. Not to mention the entire row of buildings that have been burned half down with no sign of construction to fix them. Blinds broken, windows without screens... the list goes on. No pride taken in this property whatsoever. Needless to say we did not attend our scheduled ...tour.Property Manager Responded

what a life......
June 10, 2018The Life at Harrington Park is Not the life you want for your family. 1st Property Management dont like to fix nothing you call they say we put in a work order what a joke. 2nd The rodent problem is not a joke rats and roaches everywhere. 3rd The gangs, shooting, drug dealing, loud music and partying every other night to name a few they need security. 4 Property Management Love to Tow Cars Leave your car in one spot for a few days and they will tow it for not be driven so if u own 2 cars better sell ...one and hope the other one never break because they will tow it fast. The high rent at this place is not worth it they have Nothing but problems to offer. If I could give this place Zero Stars I would.Property Manager Responded

Mixed impression
January 11, 2018It seems that the new management is only waiting on residents to move out to renovate and change anything then raise the prices. The maintenance is understaffed. It takes forever to get things attended to. Be aware! There IS a problem with RATS. So disgusting. Since I work at a kaw firm, gettING signatures from residents to take legal action for poor service.Review from Apartments.com
Bad service
January 10, 2018Water pipes burst in our apartment over the weekend. The office was closed. Our apartment flooded and the adjacent apartments too. Office does not even want to replace carpet. Poor service. Don’t waste your time here.Review from Apartments.com
Be aware of the rodent problem!
January 10, 2018There are major rat issues at this apartment complex. They Office fails to make upgrades for current residents so they don’t spend money. Poor customer service. Rude staff.Review from Apartments.com
