I’ve been living here for almost two years. I love it because the apartments are like a cozy home. It is close to the airport. Flor and the maintenance guy are very friendly and helpful people. I’ll recommend this property to anyone.

This place is trash. Management is horrible. You can call multiple times to the leasing office without a call back or follow up. Run down over priced and unsafe.

Good place to live

I have lived in the Ponderosa apartments for over two years. I like it because it is quiet, close to the highway and inexpensive. Whenever general maintenance needs to be done, Lori or Elizabeth get the right people out to fix it right away. They even have snacks in the front office for tenants. A weakness of mine. Ha, ha. I recommend this location especially if you are thinking about eventually owning your own home.
