January 1, 2026The team at the leasing office was very responsive when I was looking into living at Populus. I was moving from quite far away and they were very helpful and answered my questions very quickly. I had researched several other complexes and some offices don't even call you back or follow through on what they said they would do. October 27, 2025Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with this apartment complex. The communication/responses take longer than they should for resident concerns. The internet issues are too frequent causing significant disruption. The newsletters have also been inconsistent. October 12, 2025I’m very much looking forward to living here. My apartment is beautiful and spacious for me in the areas that are so well needed..like the walk in closet and bedroom. The stainless steel appliances are a plus and the farmers sink!! I love a gated community and I love the fact that we all must have an electronic key to have access in the building!! Just a plus for safety , you know!! The management was professional and very kind and willing to work with me in this process of coming home !! October 9, 2025I’ve enjoyed being a resident here, you can tell it is a great community of people from the moment you step on site. The staff are friendly and always try to do the most to help and accommodate. I have recommended this site to several friends who are looking for rental properties. September 1, 2025This community has gone down hill. Location is great and amenities are average if leadership would hold residents and guests accountable for not following rules. The gate is always broken and communication is below average. Most residents we talk to are not renewing their leases for the same reasons. New management is not as friendly as previous and we used to love interacting with the old team.Property Manager Responded
