September 1, 2025This community has gone down hill. Location is great and amenities are average if leadership would hold residents and guests accountable for not following rules. The gate is always broken and communication is below average. Most residents we talk to are not renewing their leases for the same reasons. New management is not as friendly as previous and we used to love interacting with the old team.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2025The apartment is great, but the move-in process was really tiring, as there isn't an elevator to assist in moving furniture upwards. August 1, 2025So far, our experience has been amazing! My boyfriend and I moved in a week ago and have no complaints! The unit was move in ready! The staff was so nice and some of our neighbors even offered to assist us when they saw us carrying big loads from the moving truck! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and conveniently located near everything I need — from grocery stores and restaurants to parks and public transit.
