We moved to one of their sister properties at shallow ford due to growing family needs for a bigger backyard. I was the second tenant when this property was completed and ready. Every other building on the property is not like the main building where they have breezeways instead of being fully inside that information wasn’t given to me by any of the staff and made me regret the unit location I picked but other then that the unit itself and the community seem very nice

Overall, my experience here as a resident is going well. The amenities are great and just need to stay updated a little better to ensure everything is working and fixed as needed in a timely manner. The community has a friendly staff and great amenities. I especially loves the mail/package area, trash pick up and study areas. There are great spots to invite friends over outside of your apartment. My teens hung out all over the property with friends and we hosted two graduation parties in the common area. The one complaint I have is the kitchen cabinets. They drawers could be a little more sturdy. But my experience has been great.

Neighbors will knock on your door and complain to your ring camera about noise when you aren’t even home- only thing present is a small cat which sleeps 16 hours a day (also have a video of the cat sleeping when said neighbors show up). Staff is difficult to get a hold of, and maintenance requests will get completed without anyone actually showing up.
