A huge mistake
July 9, 2024This place is terrible. Power outages are very frequent (every time there is a storm, expect power outages). WiFi is slow as hell and the community is just very dirty. Spiders and cockroaches appear very frequently (as if the apartment gave up with pest control). Leasing agents are very indifferent to your concerns and issues. A day after Hurricane Beryl, the leasing agents were laughing in the leasing office, while the residents were there as refugees (due to power outage). Its okay
December 1, 2023I have had mixed experiences living here. The staff are actually nice and responsive, but the amenities are a joke. There is a hidden fee of $135 every month for internet that is slow and doesn't work, and it took days for the internet company to reach out to us to give us our login details after calling them like 40 times when we first moved in. We did not have internet for 2 weeks after moving There are stray cats everywhere, especially at night. It is ridiculous, especially because of how ...much we are paying. Packages get lost so often, they definitely need to find a more efficient way of doing them, it simply does not work and I have not been able to get so many packages. Over all, it's definitely not worth the price, and I regret moving here.Property Manager Responded

Fine, but the mail…
November 12, 2023Nice enough building. Good amenities, though the gym could be better. The main issue is Luxer One, the package locker company. They are CONSTANTLY losing packages, misplacing them, saying they’re delivered when the locker is empty, etc. If you order a lot of packages, DO NOT move here. Glad we were spared
April 29, 2021I wish I could say this review comes from a resident by we didn't make it that far. Flew in to view several places and fortunately this one the last one we went to. We had appointments at all but they were all accommodating and understanding except this one. Ironically this one had the most staff. I counted 4 different people, one who I believe was the manager, and none wanted to help. We were offered water after asking for it but beyond that were told we would have to wait. That was a red flag ...for me as a professional and sure enough as we were leaving and speaking to a resident, she stated the management was not very responsive and the manager was rude. I'm pretty sure that's the same lady who closed her blinds and called over, the one lady, Cindy who attempted to help. She told Cindy our appointment was at 4 so we would have to wait the 2 hours. No one offered a brochure, to answer questions or simply look at amenities. I'm sure they look great but the service is horrible. December 7, 2020People working here are super rude. They'll charge you extra for ridiculous reasons and when I tried to talk about it (nicely), they called me a liar and ignored me completely. Also, this apartment is very poorly built. You can hear every steps of people living above you. These are just couple of so many other issues such as safety, lost packages, and management. Rude unreachable staff, never fixed AC in summer heat
August 9, 2020We have had no air conditioning in July/August for over 2 and a half weeks. That should be reason enough not to live her. The ladies that work in the office are incredibly rude.
