August 2, 2020This is not a pleasant place to live. Noise levels are off the charts. Unsafe neighborhood. Rude and aggressive neighbors (a few within the building, but most are outside of building). Vehicle is not safe in lot provided. Management is mediocre at best. They are not telling you the truth about life at Portland Manor!Review from Apartments.com
Very Satisfied
May 17, 2017I made my home in one of their one-bedroom apartments for a couple years. Very pleased with the staff and how well kept the building is... If every I needed service for a drippy faucet or something, these guys had if fixed right away. Great location, on bus line and close to everything.Review from Apartments.com
