Management is horrible. Their place is gross super dirty trash everywhere kids playing around your cars. People breaking into your cars all the time. Roches and rats!

Whom ever is looking at this rental ad please don't move here. This place is horrible. This place stays nasty and you wait over six months for repairs. The pool and Jacuzzi has not been cleaned and I have been here over seven months. If you like filth this is the place for you.

Please do not move here !!! You will regret it . Horrible management . They enter your apartment when They think you're not home and steal your belongings . They allow maintenance to enter your apartment and steal . Maintenance is very rude and does not like to do repairs . Management does not ensure that repairs are made . Mold growing inside bathroom and showers . Water leaks constantly . On site Washer and dryers take your money and do not work properly . Rent increases $100 per year. Trash ...
everywhere in common areas . Filthy building . Bad plumbing . Poor customer service from management . Management does not care about tenants . Karen is a liar and very manipulative . Make sure everything is done in writing . This resident manager will try to trick you and does not care about the tenants .

The apartment doesn't have supervision; which allow some of the kids to act bad around the apartment... and when the apartment needs work done they don't get to you till 3 to 4 weeks later. but when someone moves out they work on it the same day and have someone else move in the next day... and the plumbing sucks... so does the air conditioner.
