June 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comDo not move here. They dont clean up after the past residents, if your roommate leaves, then you have to clean up what they left behind or your charged. There was also pest. When I first moved in, I have a picture and the date. Also, the manager was the most rudeest man of all time. I wish nothing but the worst and pray for their downfall.

worst student housing ever
February 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThere has been nothing but problems here since i moved in, there was a cockroach infestation the day I moved in and all the staff were continuously rude to me about it, trying to blame me for the cockroaches and refused to get proper pest control treatment. There have been multiple hot water and Internet outages, as well as all the staff in the office are reading condescending whenever you come to them with issues and constantly try to make you feel less than. Do not sign a lease here there are ...way more accommodating and affordable places in Chico, especially if you’re a student.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
February 17, 2025Thank you so much for your review. The Post on Nord has never had a cockroach problem. When you reported this incident, we got our pest control team out there. They could not find anything. We continued to ask for pictures, and we did not get any. We sent our pest control team out there five or six teams and they did a treatment of the unit just to be safe. To this day, only a few were found and our pest control team stated that they were brought into the unit as we have never had an issue due to the treatments we receive on a weekly basis. We pride ourselves on providing full and comprehensive service at all times. We are sorry that you feel that way and we hope there is a way we can earn back your trust. The university is right down the street and everyone that works here is amazing. The pool is perfect and the gym has everything you could want. The yoga room and tanning salon are extra. Real life. Poor Leasing Agent Communication
June 29, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have been a resident here for 3yrs in good standing with paying my rent on time each month. The current leasing agent at this site is very unprofessional and lacks compassion for the residents here. She is rude and not very understanding to situations conveyed to her. She was unwilling to accommodate when asked questions about my roommate situation. August 25, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe worst place to live. They say they have security but my car got broken into while “security” was on shift! They never cleaned the broken glass from my vehicle even asking multiple times. Doors open without apartment card (not safe). The staff including the manager are very unprofessional and extremely rude.

January 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comyes, it is luxury but they will find ways to get more out of you, the gate is always broken homeless people come in. They have a parking garage you have to pay to park your car and it was poorly made were little pieces of cement falls on your car
