I want to share my experience so others know what they might be dealing with at Potomac Vista Apartments in Woodbridge.
Please think carefully before signing a lease here.
From the start, communication with the office was extremely difficult. Armaani at the front desk was repeatedly rude in my interactions, and the manager, Kristy, treated me even worse. Any time I tried to ask questions or get help, I felt ignored and disrespected.

person to confirm my check-out date. They told me everything was fine. But later, they started sending statements saying I had to pay two more months. It honestly feels like they are trying to take money from me for no clear reason. When I tried calling to sort it out, they stopped answering and even blocked my number. I also reached out to Gates Hudson, but no one responded.
This whole situation has caused me a lot of stress and emotional suffering for months. I am exhausted from trying to resolve something that should have been simple.
In my personal experience, this has been one of the worst apartment communities in Virginia. The unprofessional communication and lack of support have made this process extremely painful.
