Be Wary
October 26, 2016I moved into the town-homes in 2014; the units are far from luxury as the sign states. There is a major insulation flaw in the downstairs which causes units to be 10 degree's /- colder downstairs than upstairs; this issue is never resolved as they do not want to spend the $50 to $100 to address it. The property manager has a habit of discussing tenants personal information with other tenants with could be a violation of privacy. The property manager also picks and chooses who she does "favors" ...for. Many tenants that I have become friends with have experienced mood swings and these "favors" by the property manger besides myself. My vehicle was broken into 3 times (I had to file police reports), my son's bike was stolen (also filed a police report) and I watched a drug deal happen in front of my eyes in broad daylight (also called the police). There is a dog weight limit of 40lbs; however there are many dogs that are over this weight restriction. The property manager chooses to look the other way unless she doesn't like you. If you are ready for large heating bills; outdated units; a property manger that is not respectful or fair in dealing with tenants then you should move here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Home for the past 2 years!
January 15, 2016I moved here two years ago with my boyfriend and dog I love it! Everyone in the community knows each others names and the manager is always walking around the property making sure everything is ok. I have been recommending Pottsgrove since I moved in, you will love it!Review from Apartments.com
