Spacious apartments but need more maintenance repair people
July 9, 2024Pros: My family has lived here for over 5 years. We like that Rum Village and convenience stores are pretty close. The office people are professional and usually pretty friendly. The receptionist is honestly the best person in the office! Cons: It's not the best neighborhood to live in but I have never felt afraid for my kids to play outside, and my neighbors aren't noisy. The only issue that I have is that it takes a really long time to get maintenance requests taken care of. I know that they ...don't have enough crew to get all non-emergent issues taken care of right away but I sent in a request for our dryer, dishwasher, sink, and AC over three weeks ago. So, that kinda sucks. If you want spacious square footage, a place near the bypass and aren't afraid of the neighborhood I would say try it. Once we can afford to move we will, but it's been a decent place thus far.Property Manager Responded

Not bad area
February 5, 2018This a peaceful place to live just be ur self and do what u have to do period and stay out of business. I also a nice Neighborhood I and my little one get alone with new friends.Property Manager Responded

Bad situation
September 8, 2015This is the worst place to live if you are a working person that want a peaceful place to live. The are is not well taking care of and let anyone live here without a good background check. It's not a safe place to live .Property Manager Responded
