    Overall, there are many problems with the community. Parking in front of garages is not enforced, children climb buildings, destroy picnic tables, throw trash around the quad, run around outdoors unsupervised well after sunset, run in hallways, etc. Buildings are not very clean in common areas and outdated mailboxes are not secure.

    Poor management. Maintenance take over 2-3 months for simple request to get done.. very expensive property.. and then office can’t do anything about it

    I’m a fan of prariewood as my kids enjoy the neighborhood. They are able to ride their bikes around the block as I feel all the neighbors are quite friendly and safe area. It’s a great location as well close to interstate and our schools.

    I have been a resident of Prairiewood Meadows since 2010 and would not live anywhere else! I really like our apartment location, ground level with our garage almost across the hallway. Very convenient for us.

    The Meadows is a great new build with lots of spacious floor plans. The garage parking is a huge plus, especially for the winter time. The build of a gym and new office will add value to the property.

    From the moment I walk into the office to apply for my apartment till my move in date the customer service was very very good The guy that was working on my application did everything in his power to make sure I move into the apartment of my choice at first I was in indecisive I couldn’t decide which apartment complex I wanted to move in but he was very patient and understanding he continued to work with me until the end.     Besides some cleanliness issues within my particular unit that were cleared up, I am overall very happy with my apartment. The appliances, carpeting and layout, to include the balcony with a beautiful view, is all very luxurious and Im lucky to call it all mine.
