Worst apartment ever if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would when reading these reviews PLEASE believe every single one everything is true the people in the office POOR COMMUNICATE I go straight to corporate they don’t care about there tenants once you’re out of that interview…they have a different leasing agent every 3/4 months you wouldn’t even know who you’re speaking with bc somebody new will be in there one person say one thing and the manager will say another I HATE I even wasted my ...

time or money moving here the pools are never clean or opened so don’t think you’re going to use them so many break ins in the ppl cars STAY AWAY if you can! & make sure you have proof of everything and make sure you record anything someone tells you they will get over !

I am very happy with my apartment and my community. I see people saying horrible things about Mrs. Tina. The reality is if she did not run a tight ship our complex would have tenants who did not respect the property, trash everywhere, kids hanging out, loud music and old trashed cars taking up space in the parking lot. I feel comfortable to take my daughter for a walk on a beautiful day without some random fool approaching me or someone’s untamed animal chasing after me. I don’t have bugs at ...

all because she sprays all the time, the pool is great and we live to hangout there and if there is any concerns she addresses them. If you are top dollar get out of Riverdale how about that? So with that being said if you don’t like it go take yourself to a community where the management is not going to hold its tenants to high standards.

I went in to get pricing info for my parents and I guess because it was for them the leasing agent automatically gave me pricing for the larger one bedroom because it was on the ground floor. When I asked for the price for the smaller one bedroom I was told it was on the 3rd floor I still would like the price. When I asked to speak with the manager she was said in regards to what. I said to be a potential resident here. Worst experience ever.

Trash where to start. The manager Tina always trying to show her powers. We all know you’re the apartment manager you don’t have to let it be known by trying to threaten people. The floors are so thin you can hear everything. When you take a shower & the person downstairs flush the toilet or run any hot water your shower get very hot instantly. It could burn you. They don’t fix nothing but then when inspection come around they try to fine you 35$ if you don’t pass the inspection. TERRIBLE

Premier Garden apartments is a quiet apartment complex. I recently just moved here and I am very happy with my decision. Very convenient for those with no car, the Marta bus line is right outside the apartment complex which is helpful. It's a gated community which also is another positive about living here. You don't have to worry about no apartment break ins or anything along those lines. Also the people here are friendly, from the people in the leasing office to your next door neighbors. I ...

Premier Gardens apartments are on it. . The grounds are always maintained, I had a few repairs that were needed like my air conditioner, something that is essential during these summer months. I had family visit me for summer break , my sister who is special needs was over heated the first day and I I called premier garden maintenance and the same day John came out very professional changed the thermostat and had it working with in 10 minutes. Any time I have a issue they are on it
