Beautiful Views and Customer Service
October 16, 2025I visited The Preserve at Alafia for the first time on Monday and I have fallen in love with the beautiful landscaping and outdoor recreational spaces. September 26, 2025This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made Angelina was my leasing agent she was super helpful and just a delight to be around, she made the entire process extremely smooth and made the apartment feel like a home. I’ve been living at The Preserve at Alafia for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The community here is truly something special — quiet, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone from the staff to the neighbors makes it feel like home. The Office and Maintenance Staff are Top Notch
August 21, 2025I have lived here for over 4 years and have never had a better experience with apartment living. The gals in the office are kind and helpful, they even helped me get signed up for the portal to submit maintenance requests and pay rent. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. All of the guys wave when they are outside and I know most of them by name. The manager has been here for over 10 years as well and that tells me something about the company. Super friendly and welcoming
June 8, 2025One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve seen in the area. High ceilings, meshed balconies to keep the bugs out, variety of layouts. The amenities are amazing, cannoning, trails with the property, bonfires, spacious gym, large pool and more. I don’t think you’ll ever get bored living here on top of that the community is so warm and welcoming, along with the staff; like a big family. The office is quick to help with fixing whatever is needed. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Found ...out about this place through a friend and I can’t get over how amazing it is and what they provide to all the residents and guess. Doesn’t hurt to look into it.Property Manager Responded

From day one (and its going on 3 years), they've been friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or simply checking in, they always go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard. And the amenities and resident events - TOP NOTCH! I loved the Sunset Pool Party!! The maintenance ...team is just as impressive—fast, efficient, and respectful. Don't rent here!
May 27, 2025If you like roaches, this is your place! Although my apartment was on the fourth floor, killing roaches on a continuous basis is part of living in these apartments. The trash bins were often overflowing with the trash bin doors wide open for everyone to see and smell, which likely caused the roach problem. They would also place an open garbage container next to the building with garbage overflowing from that as well. Proactive maintenance of the facility didn’t exist and if you put in a ...request, it took months. For example, most of the lighting in the parking garage didn’t work. Over a 6-month period, none of the lights were repaired even after two criminal incidents in the garage occurred. After 6 months, I requested the lights be fixed which then took another two months to fix. There weren’t enough chairs for the high-top tables at the pool and the chairs that were there were in poor condition. The gym equipment is not properly maintained with frayed cables or, in general, old equipment. The noise transfer from your neighbors is significant. You will hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. Management was unresponsive and inefficient in all ways. With all the new construction in the area, there are far better places to call home.Property Manager Responded
