Beautiful community
February 25, 2026I recently moved into Alafia Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the views are absolutely stunning. The leasing team made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were helpful, responsive, and truly made me feel welcomed from day one. The most beautiful community in Riverview!
January 29, 2026The staff at The Preserve at Alafia are incredibly friendly and welcoming! They truly make you feel at home. The amenities are amazing and feel more like a resort than an apartment community. One of the best parts is the beautiful view of the river, which makes it such a peaceful place to live. Safe and clean apartment living
January 13, 2026I absolutely love my apartment! The amenities, customer service, cleanliness and safety of the property just makes it so worth it. Sara was our tour guide and helped us from start to finish with move in. After we met her, every other apartment just did not even compare. She did a phenomenal job of making us feel welcomed, answering all questions, and making the move in and payment process smooth. We love all the community events, the pool, gym, and just the riverfront feel of the pottery. They ...have the landscape nice and relaxing as well as a trail area to walk. Great staff, but AC not working upon move-in
December 27, 2025The staff, especially Amanda, has been really helpful. Unfortunately, we just moved in and discovered our apartment AC is not working. This should have been ready for us before the holiday. Otherwise, we love the place!Property Manager Responded
December 31, 2025I'm sorry you had this experience with your ac at move in. We walk all of our apartments prior to keys being picked up, but sometimes things happen. Our maintenance team is very quick to respond to emergency after hours calls. I hope you found this to be the case!

Beautiful Views and Customer Service
October 16, 2025I visited The Preserve at Alafia for the first time on Monday and I have fallen in love with the beautiful landscaping and outdoor recreational spaces. I can’t wait to spend time at the pool, kayaking in the river and running on the 10 mile nature trail! Also, Sara is responsive and so friendly to work with in the Leasing Office!
