This place is very unprofessional. Maintenence came into my place without notice on a couple of occasions and the management team didn't seem to be that bothered by it. And speaking of maintenence, they don't do a very good job of fixing things. The outside appearance is starting to look bad. It used to not be that bad of place but things are going down hill quickly.

Do not move into this place they do not care about you. You have to fight tooth and nail just to get anything fixed here. The staff keeps geting my rent wrong I pay it then a week latter I have another 300 on my bill to pay because they messed up on the bills they never hold them self accountable for anything they do. They put you through the ringer just to talk to them. If I could give a negative star I would.

Pros— people here are very homey and kind
I managed to kill off any bugs living in my apartment except for jumping spiders so it’s pretty peaceful
The management are very sweet and respectful
My home is spacious and peaceful
Cons-
The pool is unusable because they never clean it and now Its August.

It offers spacious and affordable one, two and three bedroom garden style apartments homes for rent. The home amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer hook-ups, ceiling fans, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen, mini binds and more. Affordable, maintenance-free housing!

I should have known this place was going to be terrible. For a one bedroom is 513 a month rent is 449$ then you pay a flat rate for gas and water giving you a total of 513. The apartment complex is in a bad part of east Columbus, there's violence happening all the time, people fighting and a ton of gun violence. I've been here since April of this year and my apartment has flooded twice maintenance damaged my kitchen floor and they wont come fix it. we have a pool and cant even use it. the complex ...
manager is extremely rude when my apartment flooded due to extremely bad plumbing that they refuse to fix properly, he told me he had 30 days to fix it and only fixed it right away because I told him I would put my rent in escrow. I cant wait to move out of here. Take my word for it and do not move into these apartments
