This is my 3rd. Year of living here. The complex has a big playground, it is pet friendly, it is a gated community with security on staff. The apartments are fully renovated. Very spacious living room, a lot of countertop space in the kitchen. The flooring is beautiful tile, makes it easy to clean and does not hold allergens ( as a carpet may for example) and if you have pet, like I have. Management is very helpful and strives to constantly maintain the complex clean and organized.

They will steal the tires right off your car

DO NOT MOVE HERE it is not safe. Part of the complex is empty, boards over the windows, apartments are run down, mailboxes that don't close properly. The tile in the apartment is so slick you will fall even with shoes on. They will steal the tires right off your car, at least they leave it up on a jack. I'm not talking fancy rims and expensive tires, I mean 13 yr old rims and so so tires off the minivan which is a old ladies only form of transportation. This is what you can expect living here.

This complex is amazing now that they have new management. I was about to move until the new office employees reassured me they would fix it all, and they did.! Preserve is now a great place to raise your kids. They keep the grounds up and the maintainer request low.!

Mildewed and Molded one whole unit that is abandoned..Overrun Dumpsters,high weeds,mailboxs open and people mail exposed..no maintenance..thank God I'm only visiting relatives because it's not worth a penny... Disgraceful..

Apartments are not livable but at this time I can not make a move apartment has terrible mildew,roaches,backd up plumming daily water backing up in sink I have turns off never use water an tissue come up in sink tub backd up daily ref ridge leaks water all over food all ways wet running on floor when refridge open they will never replace an they charge u for over half the work orders u have to pay for repairs
