March 22, 2022Rent at your own risk. There is mice, and the whole electrical system is jacked up. You can’t blow dry your hair without the breakers tripping. In the summer, only thing living area stays cool as there is no fan or ac in the bedrooms. In the winter, your gas bill will be outrageous because the windows are old and there is a constant draft so no heat in the bedrooms either. July 8, 20185 years ago I was desperate for a place to live. Presidential Square was recommended to me by a family member who once lived there years ago. I sent in an application and three days later I moved in. The staff are wonderful, very responsive. The maintenance guys are great. They get things done within a reasonable time frame. October 2, 2017I spent a little over a year at the complex. My apartment was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The maintenance and office staff were wonderful.
