May 7, 2025Presidio is great! Property managers are very friendly, as are the residents. Feels pretty central with the grocery store so close, and the commute to Camp Pendleton is pretty manageable. I don't use the amenities (pool/gym) here as much as I thought I would, but they're well kept like the grounds. December 7, 2023Presidio at Rancho Del Oro is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, but to be next to fun places to eat or shop at. The amenities are hard to beat as the play yards, pool and club house are great places to show friends and family when they come to visit.
