September 8, 2025This community while is maintained well by maintenance is not well maintained by the management nor by those that do the bookkeeping. May 7, 2025Presidio is great! Property managers are very friendly, as are the residents. Feels pretty central with the grocery store so close, and the commute to Camp Pendleton is pretty manageable. I don't use the amenities (pool/gym) here as much as I thought I would, but they're well kept like the grounds.
