This community while is maintained well by maintenance is not well maintained by the management nor by those that do the bookkeeping. I would hope that you keep an eye on your bills as they tend to over charge and when you ask management to get a hold of you they simply blow you off.

Presidio is great! Property managers are very friendly, as are the residents. Feels pretty central with the grocery store so close, and the commute to Camp Pendleton is pretty manageable. I don't use the amenities (pool/gym) here as much as I thought I would, but they're well kept like the grounds. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a home.

Very nice apartment community. Close to everything I need: Ralphs, Graziano's Pizza, Jersey Mikes, In and Out, 24 Hour Fitness, Cold Stone, CVS, Lowes. Close to two high schools. MLK Middle School is highly rated.

Presidio at Rancho Del Oro is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, but to be next to fun places to eat or shop at. The amenities are hard to beat as the play yards, pool and club house are great places to show friends and family when they come to visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something with quality, yet for reasonable rent.
