May 7, 2025Presidio is great! Property managers are very friendly, as are the residents. Feels pretty central with the grocery store so close, and the commute to Camp Pendleton is pretty manageable. I don't use the amenities (pool/gym) here as much as I thought I would, but they're well kept like the grounds. Parking situation is one of the best of any apartment complex I’ve seen, plenty of spaces for the unreserved spots so you don’t have to spend the money to get the reserved.
