Likes: building aesthetics, gym, pool, the management staff, location, the Preston Park amity, responsiveness to maintenance request, an elevated living experience
Areas for continuous improvement:
- Staying on top of building and surrounding maintenance and making sure all equipment in the amenitiy areas are fully operational. The water dispenser in the gym has been and continues to need a filter change and remotes have been missing from the gym. Perhaps securing the remotes with a flexible ...
cord may help. Overall , Preston Center Residential community is the best place to live in downtown in my opinion.
