These generally I'd say are really good apartments but the people at the front desk as nice as they are if rent is due one day and you only have the money the next day due to appointments if u have kids they don't care u better have the money the day of rent and figure it out. And when I moved into my apartment it was very clear that they didn't clean the apartment b4 I moved in my carpet is grimy and my floor had paper thin shards of glass all over it so apparently they are cheep when it comes ...

to making or preparing the apartment for the next tenants.
