Unprofessionalism speaks volumes…
January 25, 2025I had a very disappointing experience with this property management team on Thursday, January 23, 2025. I was scheduled to meet the lease manager, Irving, at 3 PM. I called and texted multiple times before finally reaching him. Despite our prior extensive conversation confirming the appointment, he claimed not to remember. He then assured me that someone would arrive in 12 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, yet no one showed up. When Irving called me back, he insisted that someone was outside ...waiting for me—yet I had been sitting in my car the entire time, watching for any sign of them, and no one ever arrived. I do well for myself and don’t have to beg anyone for a place to live. To be honest, I’d rather sleep in my car than settle for some of these poorly managed and maintained properties. Unfortunately, this level of unprofessionalism seems to be a recurring issue with many landlords in Philadelphia. Compared to other cities I’ve lived in, such as New York and Baltimore, where property management is generally more professional and properties are maintained to a higher standard, Philadelphia’s rental market often falls short. Many of these properties are in poor condition, and the lack of professionalism from those managing them only makes matters worse. This kind of mismanagement is a contributing factor to the ongoing issues in the rental market—tenants not paying rent, properties falling into disrepair, and fraudulent activity. A higher standard of professionalism and accountability is desperately needed in this city’s rental industry. Would not recommend this property based on my experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live
September 23, 2015This is a great place to live. Me and my fiancée love it here! It's very quite, neighbors are nice, and there are a bunch of great places to eat! Rent isn't outrageous and the grounds are well maintained. Perfect area for couples or singles.Review from Apartments.com
