The amenities, including the gym and the community lounge, are top-notch and make everyday living convenient and enjoyable. Plus, the location is unbeatable with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommend!

I moved into the unit just last week and there were dead roaches and bugs inside the cabinets which weren’t cleaned out. Ever since I have been spotting roaches throughout the apt behind the mirror in the bathroom, next to the refrigerator, and inside the cabinets. I have asked management several times to take care of this and it’s an everyday follow-up; there seems to lack communication within the staff. Also, not hot water. The water is warm but not hot enough which I have asked several times ...

already. I regret moving here if this is the situation I was going to be in.

Well, everything is good, the amenities are all nice and the concierge team are very helpful. However, I was told that the unit will be deep clean but when we move in, nothing was change from the last time i checked- still dirty and a lot of hand print was found at the bathroom mirror. 4/5 stars FOR NOW.

I love the prism as a safe place to live! The professionalism and courtesy from all the staff is simply amazing, when I say all the staff I mean just that from the women keeping it clean, the men from Maintenance that’s always professional and courteous too the desk clerks you Ladies are amazing, courteous understanding and very very professional, along with the head staff members. I love being a residence here at the prism!

Great people who work here, and room is very clean and quiet. Good amenities. Rough neighborhood outside back near the gym but generally doesn't seem to affect living here.
