No Response When Touring
May 12, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI made an appointment to tour Prism about a week before I was going to be in the area to see it. When I first called the leasing office no one picked up, but someone from the property called me back in 10-15 minutes to schedule a tour. The day of my tour I attempt to call their office multiple times and get no response so I take the risk and head the apartment anyway. I end up using the call box multiple times and get no response. Nice apartment but I am super disappointed at the management team

The building is nice but my bike got stolen with a lock in the bike room on 12/13/2021 and I didn't get any notification about the break-in. The manager Shelby handled this situation poorly. She didn't let the resident know the bikes were gone and the footage was erased when I found my bike is gone.Property Manager Responded
