I have lived here for three months now and have been faced with numerous issues. First when moving in no one bothered to tell me there would be on going construction (with a jackhammer) literally on the other side of my bedroom wall. This lasted a week. Second my fridge started making a terrible loud noise, they eventually replaced it after about two weeks of my initial complaint. Then water started coming down from the apartment above me in my laundry area. I was told the Sheetrock would need to ...
be replaced to avoid a mold issue. This still has not been fixed and it’s been over a month. Now for a couple days I have water coming up from the floor in my bathroom, so much that it is starting to smell and it’s in a constant state of standing water. Please save yourself, these may look nice but it’s VERY cheaply made. Also when moving in they said they would have key fobs in a week as they had just replaced the system, these key fobs are the only way that you can get access to the gym, office area, and pool area and three months later I still have not gotten one so I’m paying for access to amenities that I’m not able to use and for an apartment that is barely liveable.

Whatever you do, avoid living at this complex like the plague.
If you do decide to move in here, be prepared to have issues every other day with your apartment that never get fixed. My apartment has been leaking water every time it rains since early June. It’s been months and still not fixed. Issues with almost every appliance. Overall upkeep of the complex is disgusting, trash everywhere. It’s overrun with ants that they can’t figure out how to get permitting to exterminate (basically got told ...
to deal with it for now, schedule the pest control with the office and of course they never show up). The pool is rarely ever maintenanced. It’s become a routine to spend 30 minutes cleaning it ourselves everytime we want to go for a swim. The other residents have gotten to the point of buying their own cleaning chemicals to even use the pool because it’s so algae infested. This complex is one of THE most expensive in the area, and built with the most pathetically cheap materials I’ve seen, it feels like I’m living in a trailer home.
The staff are nice, and trying their best. But they’re handicapped by pathetic upper management and I’m sure budgeting. Whatever the excuse, this is the worst living experience I’ve had, and the most I’ve ever paid.

I was looking for a modern, pet-friendly 2 bedroom apartment on short notice. I got everything I wanted and more. The apartments are beautifully designed with all brand new appliances a spacious kitchens and walk-in closets. There's even a pet bath! The pool, billiards, and gym are accessible around the clock. Bae graciously and efficiently helped us through the application process. She listened to all of our questions and concerns, made us feel so welcome and got us into our unit in a matter ...
