January 3, 2026Amy and Pam are both fantastic! I moved from across the country site unseen, and because I arrived in the middle of the night they even left the keys in the apartment for me, the whole process was so smooth! Amy let the furniture delivery people in before I arrived, and put my amazon deliveries inside for me, they really go the extra mile! While they may be on the more expensive side you get a pass to the public pool for all on the lease (the pool has a lazy river) and there is even a ...Promenade Volleyball team they sponsor. 10/10 would recommend!Property Manager Responded

A wonderful location and great place to live.
July 24, 2025We rented a 3 bed 3 bath home from Promenade and would do it again. Anytime we had an issue it was easily submitted through the portal and answered quickly. The maintenance team was very nice and they were always very punctual. We appreciated that very much! The Promenade office was always so inviting and willing to help in any way. I appreciate Pam and Amy and still go in to say hello! Promenade was a great place to rent from and I would do it again if needed.Property Manager Responded

A safe, quiet, relaxing place to live.
June 25, 2025The entire management support team for the apartment complex are fantastic and very responsive whenever I’ve had issues. Best place to live
January 6, 2025I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. This is by far the best of them all. Always something happening in New Town. Management and maintenance staff are the best. If you need something repaired, they are here quickly no matter how big or small the issue is. You cannot find a better place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Something for everyone!
May 10, 2024If you want to be social and attend summer concerts, grab some pizza are frozen drinks outdoors, lounge in the lazy pool, only minutes from highway 370, this is the apartment for you. I just signed a new lease for my second year and I couldn't be happier! Maintenance is super quick to address any issue. Whenever I call the office, Pam is always friendly and helpful. Worst apartment I have ever lived in
August 13, 2019.A/C & furnace has went out several times each in 2 yrs, hardly ever cut the grass or clean up the land scraping. Inside is poorly maintained, The A/C units are way too small for these apartments, you have to set the temperature down stairs at 60 degrees just to get the upstairs down to 70 degrees at night in the summer which means the A/C is always running ( huge electric bills). Management get in no hurry to fix anything. In one year they raised rent $250 buck.Review from Apartments.com
