I’ve lived here for about six months and pay a premium rent for my two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, expecting a well-managed and comfortable community. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing.
Management has been largely ineffective at addressing repeated late-night parties and noise at the pool that often continue past midnight. Despite multiple complaints, these issues remain unresolved.
While the property looks attractive from the outside, the construction quality feels cheap ...
once you move in, and management responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful.
I’m currently preparing a detailed letter to the corporate management outlining these ongoing problems and the lack of follow-through from on-site staff. I would strongly recommend exploring other properties nearby that offer better value and professionalism for the price.
