Provence at Valencia is a great place to live!
July 29, 2024I moved into Provence at Valencia this year after looking at many other apartments. By far the best apartment in the area! A very nice, gated community that is quiet and clean. I ended up picking The Provence floor plan, and it's perfect for me. The inside of the apt is very roomy and nicely designed, with an in-unit washer/dryer and central air that works great! Plenty of other good amenities including a big pool and a 24-hour gym. The staff here is also amazing! Everyone is extremely nice ...and helpful. Kristina gave me tour of several different apartments and made the move in process as easy as possible. I look forward to staying here for many years!Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2024First apartment experience moving in without roommates. They had previously taken care of all the admin side of things so I was pretty new to the whole experience. Kristina made it very quick and easy to go through the leasing process. As well as being knowledgeable about the area and the property.
