Although management has been working to get this place up to par, there are issues that they aren’t able to solve such as pest problems, lack of adequate funding for repairs, and poor quality ground maintenance. The breeze ways in building 1 is very dirty, and the parking lot spaces are very narrow causing vehicles to be crammed up next to each other. The residences aren’t very nice either. Their children are often unsupervised, playing football in the parking lot, throwing rocks (hit my friend’s ...
vehicle once), and roaming around all throughout the night. My vehicle was once broken into, and disking off vehicles, since moving in, my vehicles have been towed for the most ridiculous and scandalous reasons. Rent is too high for such low quality living conditions.
