This place is garbage

The property managers are trash. They don't know what they are doing. It was getting down to the low 20s at night and they refused to turn on the heater early for my neighbor. He's an 85 year old man living alone. When his water heater sprung a leak they tore out parts of the drywall and never fixed it. It's been 3 years and the holes are still there. They charge a $40 late fee if you're a day late with the payment even if the due date falls on the weekend when the office is closed. Garbage place ...

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you feel so negatively towards our management company. We strive to accommodate out tenants and get services such as heaters turned on, sooner when a request is made. This year we did not receive any requests and scheduled the start up for the same day as everyone else on property. I am looking back on work orders now and we are showing the work on the drywall was completed, so I am unsure as to what drywall work needs to be done or re done. As per all of our leases, rent is due on the first of every month, regardless if our office is closed or lands on a weekend. We have a nigh drop box located conveniently next to our office door for checks and money orders to be placed in and we also allow payments to be made online 24 hours a day. If you have any concerns, please feel free to stop by our office and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
