We never got our maintenance done
So many maintenance issues and couldn’t get them done ,no pools no gym no party room, they are not offered any service just try to get more rent.

We moved in May, 2023. Almost daily there is construction work that starts at 8/9am, and will go well into the afternoon. I work night shift so this is highly inconvenient to my lifestyle. I also have an infant that is often woken up due to the constant noise. If it’s not construction, they will mow & blow leaves for 5 hours straight. It took 3 months for us to be given a dishwasher, it was just a hole in our cabinets. It took 5 months to get a microwave. Any time I have tried to do my laundry ...
here, the doors are locked, so even when they aren’t locked, I don’t use it in fear or getting my clothes locked away. There is often random children on my front porch, I have had a few kids stand outside my door & just stare inside, watching my tv until I closed the blinds. I have cats that enjoy sitting at the screen door, & one of my upstairs neighbors allows their dog to come up to my screen and bark at my animals & into my home. This is a pretty subpar situation.
