July 22, 2019Quincy House is definitely one of the cheapest places to live and it is great for anyone looking to save on their budget. Though the bedrooms themselves aren't the largest the public spaces of the living room and kitchen are the largest I've lived in and are great for FHE and friends. All in all it is a great place to live. Three fridges, two bathrooms with showers, in house washer dryer and three more sets out back if the in house one is being used. The only real downsides are the three private ...rooms upstairs have slanted roofs that kill any space and make it hard to stand or move. Also, even though there is heating and the winters are fine there is no AC so it gets REALLY hot in the summer and end of spring semester. It's okay
March 16, 2018I don't think the people who built the actual building itself were that experienced in making buildings lol. Like, it's just not that professional I guess. But it's not terrible. I think my main complaint is that three of the private upstairs rooms have slanted cielings (like Harry Potter's room in the first movie lol). So you can only stand up in about a third of the room's space, otherwise your head will start to touch the cieling. I kinda just wanna put that in the review because I bought ...one of those rooms assuming it'd have a regular cieling, so just a warning :P I don't think it's actually the cheapest houseing for BYUI, but it's definitely one of the cheaper places, and I do like that it's really close to campus.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
