Best decision ive ever made

I was worried about not making friends, but the community hosts events often and everyone who lives here is very welcoming and kind. The community is tucked away and is very peaceful. Her customer service was top-tier -LOVE! she followed up consistently, answered every question with patience, and carried herself with so much grace and professionalism. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Her style and energy made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Roy was super nice and ...welcoming on my first day of move-in. He made everything feel organized and reassuring, which really meant a lot during such a busy transition.
