Her customer service was top-tier -LOVE! she followed up consistently, answered every question with patience, and carried herself with so much grace and professionalism. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Her style and energy made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Roy was super nice and ...welcoming on my first day of move-in. He made everything feel organized and reassuring, which really meant a lot during such a busy transition.
