October 17, 2025Beautiful Apartments !!!! Everything is excellent, extremely clean apartments. They’re I like brand new, large double pane windows, new appliances, elevators, safety, and security is fantastic. Step out to downtown San Rafael with all the restaurants, bars, shops and at least 5 grocery stores nearby. all. You’re 4 blocks from the 101 freeway. Security and safety is excellent in the 3 level parking garages with plenty of parking. 24 hour large new gym and all of your delivery packages are safe and ...secure behind the main gate that you need a fob to open it up which is very important these days. Super quiet and peaceful, and the management and maintenance teams are extremely professional and take care of any problems, situations that arise as fast as possible. I’ve lived here for years now and love it. I can’t even think about wanting to move any other place as it’s in the middle of everything going on as you’re in Central San Rafael and in Central Marin. August 3, 2025Repair Request The bathroom sink was not draining. Roger and his worker came to the apartment right after I sent a maintenance request. The drain problem was taken care of quick and fast while being very professional. Management works sufficiently to make feel welcomed and does a great job at attending to my apartment services request very quickly. Love, love this place!
June 27, 2019Great location, impossibly incredible management. The best apartment management I have ever had in my long renting history. These guys (sadly no gals that I know of) are fantastic: quick, helpful, patient, and professional. The layout is spacious. The only downside (aside from high price) is flats facing the courtyard: very little sun, so feels like a dungeon, and no airflow, making hot days really hard to stomach (there are no A/Cs).
