Please do yourself a favor and do not live here. Management is awful. They charge outrageous fees including pet rent ON TOP of a $300 non refundable fee. Don’t know what the pet rent is for they won’t say. Our dishwasher has been broken for 2 years and no one has still come out to fix it. They’re charging cable/internet fees even if you have your own (it’s cheaper than what the apartment is charging). Everything is outdated, bugs are everywhere indoors and ants are all over the outside. You’d be ...
better off living in a shed at the city dump.

0/10 highly do not recommend

One serious visit from a health inspector and they would condemn the entire complex, they spray paint over mold, roaches, also it’s 4 adults or more to a 2 bedroom so no parking. You also have to deal with the parties outside your door, cars being broke into and drug activity. 0/10 highly do not recommend, I am so thankful I have built my credit up to a 723 and will be moving in January I couldn’t imagine if that was the only place I really had to live thank god that is not my life.

Rat Infested Squalor

I have been traumatized upon being awaken by a huge RAT crawling up my arm. This week several tenants have moved out for same reason. I too must leave. Looking,looking, looking. I received a threatening letter that I must not share my experience with other tenants or prospective apt seekers. I feel an obligation to share with the public that until this complex is rid of its RAT infestation, it should be closed for human habitation, for a non human rodent species has taken over.
