DO NOT LIVE HERE - MOISTURE AND MOLD
July 31, 2024My humidity in my apartment is at dangerous health levels. IT's over 60 without running the AC. When I run the AC it gets up to 77-80% and everything is damp. The office refuses to do anything. I even asked for a mold test. They denied it. I have to run 2 dehumidifiers 35 Liter each adn empty 5 xs a day to keep it to a healthy level. That is 350 L of moisture a day taking out. Come to find out women below me had mold and the ceiling came through in my unit. I would not even give one star. ...Now I am stuck in a place that is affecting my health and can ruin my things. NEVER EVER LIVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Feels like home
September 5, 2016This is the only apartment I felt at home in. It is tucked away near the woods yet so close to downtown. The neighbors all talk to one another. It is a small complex with a only a few grad students and plenty of professionals and retirees. Bill and Jesse are very accommodating and want their residents to be happy. Big space well kept. September 4, 2016I have lived here for a year. Raleigh house is a great place to live. Wonderful management, the absolute best. Beautiful wooded views from our patios/balconies. Friendly neighbors. Everyone here takes great care of their dogs and picks up after them. Great place for pets. Nice dead end street where my grandson has space and safety to,learn to ride his bike. There is a combination of ages here, and everyone is considerate.can't really say enough. You would never regret renting here.Review from Apartments.com
Fabulous Place for Pets
August 7, 2016Lived here for two years with my two dogs. Timely maintenance and upkeep on this place. These guys are awesome at snow removal and lawn care which is a must when you're living with critters you have to take out to potty! I highly recommend this place for working professionals and grad students. Great place to come home and unwind :) And the management is the best!Review from Apartments.com
