The management and maintenance teams are outstanding—they are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents. They do a fantastic job keeping the property safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly, while continually making improvements that enhance the overall quality of living. The amenities are wonderful, and the location in Arvada is hard to ...
beat—convenient to Denver and close to the mountains. Rental pricing is very reasonable, especially considering everything you get for the price. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend putting Ralston Park Apartments at the top of your list. You will be hard-pressed to find another apartment complex that offers as much value, quality, and care for its residents at the prices they charge.

I lived at Ralston Park for 10 years with my children. As a single Mom of 4 I felt very safe and loved our apartment. We lived near the pool and we enjoyed many summers at the AMAZING pool. Each year management hosted a pool party and had lots of great food and prizes. We met many great friends here and we love the many resident events the office staff hosts. If you are looking for a community oriented place to live this is the place to be. The maintenance staff is quick and very responsive. ...

Okayish apartment, but heaven forbid you live next to the pool

This apartment was meh when I moved in three years ago. The paint job in mine is quite bad, there are several cracks appearing in multiple places, my bedroom door hasn't closed from day 1 because it is warped, and we have even just had a kitchen cabinet door randomly fall off for no reason. break. They've been really great. However, I have had some bad experiences with the management here. The most recent issue, and the most troublesome for me, is their refusal to play the music they have going from 9 am - 9 pm in the pool area at a reasonable volume. First two summers I was here, it was fine. I could really only hear the music if I listened closely at the window that is next to the pool area. This year, however, they have hiked the volume to the point where I can hear it all throughout my apartment if I have my window open. I have asked them to turn down the music back down several times. First few times they would turn it down for a day or two, and then it would be right back up to the intolerable level. At some point, they just stopped bothering turning it down and suggested I move apartments. There was also an issue where we were told not to use our water until told otherwise because our downstairs neighbor was having an emergency issue. This was on a Friday, and we didn't hear anything again that night. Since it was a weekend, no one was around to tell us if we were good to use our water again. Monday morning, I sent a text to management to see if it was safe to use it again. No response. Tuesday I sent another message basically saying "okay, I'm using my water in an hour unless someone tells me not to." At that point, I got a response saying they had finished the emergency work on Friday. We went 5 days without using our water all because they did not communicate with us that it was safe to use it again. We were also told to call a security company they had hired if there was suspicious activity around the complex. I once called them to try and report some people who'd broken into the pool after hours, only to be told the security company no longer had a contract with Ralston Park. Even now there are still signs everywhere around the complex saying to call them. So all in all, it's fine until you have to deal with management.

My wife and I have lived here almost 3 yrs, and we LOVE it! It's an older complex, but the newer ones all look like boxes with a parking lot. Ralston Park Apts. have beautiful grounds & landscaping, lots of trees, two playgrounds with bball court, a fantastic swimming pool and hot tub and maybe most importantly, the staff are SO friendly and helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable office staff, excellent maintenance, beautiful grounds and outdoor pool. Basketball courts and playground area are also clean. Lots of barbecue grills and covered picnic tables. My grandson and I are very happy here. Safe area, close to lots of shopping.

I have lived at RPA for 5 years going on 6 this summer. I absolutely love living here, I love the community, the friendships, the entire staff and how they managed these apartments, always fast service when any maintenance issues come up. My family and I lived here for two years. The management and maintenance staff are very professional, caring and attentive to the needs of the tenants. They communicate effectively and in a timely manner. There are many well-planned, family-friendly events throughout the year (pool & holiday parties).
